
Step 1
First go to “Book Appointment” on the toolbar at the top of the website. Once on that page, click the button that says “Book Appointment Here”.
Step 2
You will arrive on Mint & Needle’s Aesthetic Records page (The Portal). If a returning customer, sign in with your email and password. You can skip to Step 7. If a new patient or your first time booking online, select the “New Patient Registration” button.


Step 3
For new patients, fill out the registration form with a valid phone number and email. Make sure to check “I’m not a robot”. Then click “Register”.
Step 4
You will be taken to this screen. Go check the email you entered on the registration page above.


Step 5
Your email will look like this. Click “Activate Your Account” or copy and paste the link at the bottom into your browser to return to the login page.
Step 6
The link will take you back to the login page. Enter the email and password you used when you registered to log into the portal.


Step 7
At the top of the screen, select “Book An Appointment”.
Step 8
You will be taken to this screen. Select whether you want the appointment to be “In Person” or “Virtual”.


Step 9
Select your desired location and click “continue”.
Step 10
Pick your desired service with the appropriate drop-down menu for NewClients or Established Clients. Once your service is selected, click continue.


Step 11
Select your provider either by hitting “book” underneath the provider’s name or click “Book With First Available” if there is no preference.
Step 12
Select a date and time for your service. Times are available in the morning, afternoon, and evening. If it doesn’t take you to the next screen automatically after selecting, hit “continue” by scrolling down.


Step 13
Lastly, enter your information and any notes for your appointment. Check “I’m not a robot” and click “verify mobile number” to finish booking your appointment.
What's Next?
Check your email address you gave in step 13 to make sure you have an email confirming your appointment information. Some appointments require a questionnaire to be filled out before your visit - found in your portal homepage.
