Patient Portal Help
At the top of the website in the main toolbar, click “Book Appointment” (between “Home” and “About”). When that page loads, click the button that says “Book Appointment Here.”
You’ll be taken to a page displaying all services. Search for a service using the search bar under “Select A Service,” or browse service categories by clicking on “Consultation,” “Hair,” “Injectables,” etc.
Select a service by clicking on it. You will be automatically directed to a page with the option to select a provider.
For services with add-ons, click the blue text “Show All Add-ons” to browse and select them. If you would like to book more than one service, click the black “Add Another Service” button before selecting your provider.
After finalizing your services and selecting a provider, a calendar will appear at the bottom of the page. Use the arrows in the top left corner of the calendar to move between months.
Select any date with a green, bold number. Then select a time. Appointments are available in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings, so scroll down to select a later time.
After choosing your time slot, click “Book Reservation.”
A login box will appear. If you are a returning client, enter your email address and password, then skip to Step 9.
If you are a new client, click the words “Sign up” in small text at the bottom of the box.
To create your account, enter your information, then click “Create an account.”
After logging in or creating your account, you’ll be directed to a confirmation page. You’ll have 5 minutes to make sure all details are correct, then select “Confirm Booking.”
Your appointment is now booked! Click “Add to Google Calendar” to add the event to your gcal, or click “Complete Forms” to reduce your wait time before your appointment.

Check your email address you gave in step 13 to make sure you have an email confirming your appointment information.
