Is your current appointment slot now filled with a last minute to-do? Decided a different service better suits your needs? Our team understands life is full of unexpected, last minute events. This walkthrough will show how our portal can help you reschedule and cancel your appointments with just a few clicks.
Reminder: A $100 fee will be charged for all appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before appointment, and no-shows.
For Ultherapy, 72 hour notice is required. Any cancellation for an Ultherapy appointment made less than 72 hours in advance via phone or patient portal will be charged a 50% service fee.
Only cancellations made via the patient portal or phone during normal business hours are valid.
Once on the login page for the portal, sign in if it does not log you in automatically.
Find your appointment listed on the far right of the homepage and click on it in the blue box.
Confirm the date, time, and service of the original appointment to make sure you have selected the right one. Click “Reschedule Appointment” or “Cancel Appointment” based on your needs. Continue to Step 5 if rescheduling, or to Step 8 if canceling your appointment.
Once you have clicked “Reschedule Appointment”, a window will pop up on your screen with the original appointment’s date & time. Click to change both date and time to the new appointment time you desire. Click “Save” when finished.
When you return to the homepage for the portal, on the right under “Appointments” you should see your new date and time from Step 5.
Check your email to make sure your rescheduling is confirmed. If you have a confirmation email, your appointment is officially rescheduled.
If cancelling, after clicking “Cancel Appointment”, a new window will pop up. Click “Yes” if you wish to cancel.
You will return to the portal homepage. Check the right side under “Appointments” where you should see the appointment you originally selected now grey with status “Canceled”.
Check your email to make sure your cancellation is confirmed. If you have a confirmation email, your appointment is now cancelled.
