Is your current appointment slot now filled with a last minute to-do? Decided a different service better suits your needs? Our team understands life is full of unexpected, last minute events. This walkthrough will show how our portal can help you reschedule and cancel your appointments with just a few clicks.
Reminder: A $100 fee will be charged for all appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before appointment, and no-shows.
For Ultherapy, 72 hour notice is required. Any cancellation for an Ultherapy appointment made less than 72 hours in advance via phone or patient portal will be charged a 50% service fee.
Only cancellations made via the patient portal or phone during normal business hours are valid.
Step-by-Step Guide to Rescheduling an Appointment
STEP 1
At the top of the website in the main toolbar, click “Book Appointment” (between “Home” and “About”). When that page loads, click the button that says “Book Appointment Here.”
Step 2
You’ll be taken to a page displaying all services. Click “Sign in” in the top right corner.
If you are already signed in, skip to Step 4.
Step 3
A login box will appear. Enter your email address and password.
Step 4
Once you are logged in, click on your name in the top right corner.
Step 5
Your profile page will appear. In the left hand column, click on “Appointments.”
Step 6
This page will display all your past and upcoming appointments. Next to the appointment you would like to change, click the white box that says “Reschedule.”
Step 7
A calendar will appear at the bottom of the page. Use the arrows next to the month name to move between months.
Select any date with a green, bold number. Then select a time. Appointments are available in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings, so scroll down to select a later time.
Step 8
After selecting your new date and time, click “Reschedule Reservation.”
Step 9
You’ll have 5 minutes to make sure all details are correct, then select “Confirm Booking.”
Step 10
Your appointment is now booked! Click “Add to Google Calendar” to add the event to your gcal, or click “Complete Forms” to reduce your wait time before your appointment.

Step 1

A confirmation box will appear. Enter your reason for cancellation, then press “Submit.”
Step 8
You will be redirected to your Appointments page, with your canceled appointment removed.
