A consultation is required before booking Ultherapy PRIME. Your provider will assess your skin, discuss your goals, and create a treatment plan tailored to you.

A 10% deposit is required to reserve your treatment appointment. Because Ultherapy PRIME appointments reserve dedicated time with your provider, a cancellation fee applies to appointments missed or rescheduled with less than 72 hours' notice.
