“Time is a gift that we fill with experiences, friends, family and memories. However, every valuable facial expression (muscle contraction) over time contributes to the development of facial wrinkles.”

Liz began her journey in the beauty industry in 2004 by becoming a licensed Esthetician. Her love of beauty started long before she ever began thinking of making it a career. She has taken different techniques, advice, and knowledge from many continuing education classes over the years, and turned them into a signature facial of her own that clients rave about. Her facials are not only effective, but also extremely relaxing. Her favorite part of her job is anything that produces a transformation, whether it be physical, mental, or emotional. Beauty is not only skin deep in Liz's eyes. Liz was the first Esthetician in Delaware to offer DMK.
Morgan started her Mint & Needle journey at our front desk and grew to become a part of the procedures team, after completing her medical assistant training.
