We’ve been at work behind-the-scenes to get our medical office extra prepped for social distancing measures so we are good to go when we fully reopen.

Yes, Mint & Needle™️ is a medical facility, so we already have more sanitization procedures in place than many other types of places have ... BUT, we are implementing even more measures to maintain social distancing and safety for us all...

 This includes an update to our check-in process and other office practices for our space and patients once we reopen.... take a look at the full list here:

✋ Appointment times extended. This to allow our team to complete the necessary steps within this plan.

✋ Patient screening - before your appointment. Expect a call from our team to  verify your potential exposure to COVID. If you have any signs or symptoms of illness  you will be asked to reschedule after being cleared by your primary care provide

✋Patient intake online. Before you come in for your appointment, you’ll have access to our online system to fill out our patient questionnaire, add a card on file for payments, etc. This way we can minimize touch points in the office.

✋ Call-ahead. Patients are asked to call our office from the parking lot when you arrive, but before entering the office so we can ensure the lobby is clear for your check-in to begin.

✋ No-touch iPad check-in. Patients will be assisted through the check-in process with their provider. 

✋ Treatment-only appointments. Consultations will be conducted via a Virtual Visit online consultation so in-office appointments can be focused on treatments only. 

✋ No waiting room. Our patients will check-in and immediately be brought to their treatment room.

✋ One patient at a time & patients only. We ask that you refrain from bringing guests with you to your appointment. We want to maintain one person at a time in our common areas and this is really important to help us achieve that.

✋ Mask or facial covering required. 😷 We ask you to please have a facial covering in order to enter our medical office.

✋ Our regular sanitization of surfaces in between each appointment, as usual.
